Marketing Manager, Hawaiian & Pacific Islands for Jack in the Box & Jamba Juice Hawaii

Glenn Dela Cruz handles the overall marketing strategy for both Jamba Juice and Jack in the Box in Hawaii, overseeing the company’s marketing needs for a combined 65 locations across the state of Hawaii and Guam. Glenn is responsible for establishing and maintaining local business partnerships and has spearheaded brand sponsorships with many homegrown talents.

Nathan Kam

Partner/President, Public Relations of Anthology Marketing Group

Nathan leads Hawaii’s most experienced public relations practice and is immersed in the local business community where he draws upon his media insights, marketplace knowledge and industry connections to counsel clients in various sectors to help them achieve their business goals. An 18-year veteran of the company, Nathan brings a fresh perspective to the ever-changing landscape of communications and how these methods of outreach can be used most effectively to advance the strategic direction and success of Anthology’s clients.

Shelley Wilson

President & CEO of Wilson Care Group

At 21 years old, Shelley founded Wilson Homecare. Today, with more than 400 employees, Wilson Homecare is Hawaii’s largest private-duty home health service provider. In 2013, Wilson Senior Living in Kailua opened its doors, welcoming 22 residents to this state-licensed adult residential care home (“ARCH”) in the Aikahi neighborhood of Kailua, Oahu. It is one of the premier senior living residences on Oahu.

Jarrett Walters

President and Chief Operating Officer at Hawaiian Building Maintenance

Mr. Walters joined Hawaiian Building Maintenance in 2006 as Director of Retail Operations. Prior to joining the company, he served as district manager for Mobile Instrument Service and Repair, where he was responsible for business development and operations in Hawaii. He is currently responsible for all operational oversight, strategic planning, performance and quality standards, leadership development and P&L management.

Gwen Yamamoto-Lau

Executive Director of the Hawaii Green Infrastructure Authority

Gwen Yamamoto Lau brings more than 30 years of strategic leadership and management experience in commercial and credit union banking as well as community development financing. Gwen was previously president of the Hawaii Community Reinvestment Corporation, where she expanded the organization’s mission from a singular focus on affordable housing to also include community and economic development

JOANN SEERY

Executive Director of BNI Hawaii

As Executive Director of BNI Hawaii, Joann A. Seery has helped professionals and business owners in the islands successfully develop and grow their businesses through referral marketing. Originally from Massachusetts, Joann was a member of BNI for 8 years with her husband Mark for their company Serious Business Solutions, before she moved to Oahu and became director in November 2003. Her ultimate goal is to make sure that these members get the most out of their BNI membership, by providing excellent customer service, education and referral training.
