Pacific Edge Magazine Announces Call For Nominations
Winners to be recognized at red-carpet gala on Wednesday, August 21st, at The Kahala Hotel & Resort
HONOLULU (May 15, 2019) — Nominations are now open for Pacific Edge magazine’s ninth annual Business Achievement Awards. Winners in each of the 11 categories will be announced during an exclusive red-carpet awards gala on August 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Kahala Hotel & Resort.
“Last year we celebrated the inaugural winners of two new categories,” said Naomi Hazelton, founder of Element Media and publisher of Pacific Edge magazine. “Every year, we devote an issue to recognizing women innovators and inspiring leadership in the hospitality sector. Our 2018 Businesswoman of
the Year, Shelley Wilson, and 2018 Hospitality Executive of the Year, Kisan Jo, were the first to be honored as an extension of that initiative to celebrate these dedicated local professionals.”
Nominations will be accepted until June 30 via the awards website www.pacificedgeawards.com and will be judged by an independent panel comprised of six esteemed members of the business community. The finalists for each of the 11 categories will be announced on July 29.
